Golden
FROSTY FRESH
Cobbler
4 cups FROSTY FRESH BRAND FRUIT
SALAD
4 ½ tablespoons simple syrup
½
cup Marmalade (Orange or Apricot)
1 tablespoon corn starch
1 ½ tablespoons Apricot Flavored Brandy
1 box pie crust mix (use simple syrup for pie crust
mix)
• Measure FROSTY FRESH BRAND FRUIT SALAD.
•
Combine 2 ½ tablespoons syrup with marmalade.
•
Combine cornstarch with 2 tablespoons syrup and
add to marmalade mixture.
•
Stir in Brandy.
•
Roll out Pie Crust about 1/8” thick.
•
Brush with syrup, sprinkle with sugar
•
Cut into ½” strips.
•
Turn Fruit into 1 ½ quart shallow baking
dish.
•
Pour Marmalade mixture over fruit and top with
lattice or pastry strips, turning over edges to
form finished edge.
•
Bake at 450º for 25-30minutes until crust
is browned.
Serves 8-10
Serve as breakfast, snack, or as a dessert with
ice cream or whipped cream

Cantaloupe Crush
14 oz. Frosty Fresh Cantaloupe
1 cup fat free milk
1 1/2 cups ice
1-2 teaspoons of sugar or the equivalent
in artificial sweetener.
Blend fresh cut cantaloupe all
ingredients until smooth. Sweeten to taste.

Mango Salsa Fresca
2 cups diced Frosty Fresh mango
2 cups chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup diced red onion
2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
2 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
black pepper and salt to taste
Combine all ingredients and chill.
Serve with nachos, grilled fish tacos or a chicken
dish.
Serves 6.

Pineapple
- Cranberry Pork Loin
1 (about 4 lbs) pork loin roast
Salt & pepper
3 (18 oz.) package Frosty Fresh Peeled and Cored
Pineapple
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 can cranberry sauce
1/4 tsp. cloves
Pinch of curry (optional)
Season pork loin roast with salt
and pepper, and place in slow cooker. Mix remaining
ingredients
and pour over pork. Throw on pinch of curry for
zing. Cover and cook for 8 to 10 hours on low.
To serve, slice and spoon sauce
over each portion. Great with some fresh pineapple
on the side as well.
